6th Annual Kundalini Yoga Workshop for the New Year
- NEW! Saturday January 16, 1 – 4 pm
at Yoga Truly in Grimsby with Aruna Santokh
- Sunday January 17, 2—5 pm
at Lotus Yoga Centre in Toronto with Daya and Aruna Santokh
A great way to start the year, detox, and consciously set intentions. You can expect a powerful Kundalini Yoga workout and meditations for a healthy kick start to the year.
In this workshop you will use Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to clarify your intentions and set a vision for the year.
Aruna Santokh will be returning from an 8 week pilgrimage to India the week before this workshop. She will share insights from her exploration of The Golden Temple in Amristar. The Golden Temple is the site of healing and miracles. People come to bathe in the holy waters, listen to healing vibrations of kirtan, pray and do seva. Thousands, no matter how rich or poor, are fed everyday at this shrine.
Daya has been attending Summer and Winter Solstice retreats for many years. She will share the power of group sadhana (daily practice) and how three days of meditation plays a role in keeping up throughout the year.
You will examine the sacred shrines of your own life and how the different paths of service can uplift your spirits. Utilizing a powerful Kundalini Yoga Kriya and meditation to set your destiny you will create an intention for a bright year ahead.
Come give 2016 a Kick Start and start the year off right!

Meet the Teachers
Aruna (Santokh Kaur) and Daya Kaur bring a heart centered approach to teaching yoga. They have designed this workshop so you will experience the tools that help us to live in a balanced state of grace. The three hour format allows participants to deepen their practice through experiences that can’t be achieved in a regular yoga class. Long-time practitioners and beginners alike will get a great work-out.
Praise for the Workshops:
“I have a better understanding of how loving myself fully is the only way to loving others fully”
-Raquel C., March 10/12
“Yes! I recommend the workshops…
I get not only the physical benefits of yoga but the mental and emotional
aspects which are very healing and inspiring, in a loving, nurturing environment.”
