Go beyond a typical yoga class to experience:

  • A complete kundalini yoga workout to get ready for summer,
  • Discover the 8 words that reveal the Divine aspects of you,
  • Develop the awareness of your own Divinity.

Refresh yourself with Kundalini Yoga.

Note:  This workshop is open to all and is especially recommended for teachers and those who want to enhance their communication at work or at home.  The yoga and meditation may cause shifts for smoother communication in all your relationships.

Please bring your yoga mat and travel mug.  Yogi Tea will be served following the workshop.

Daya Kaur

Aruna (Santokh Kaur) and Daya Kaur bring a heart centered approach to teaching yoga. They have designed this workshop so you will experience the tools that help us to live in a balanced state of grace. The three hour format allows participants to deepen their practice through experiences that can’t be achieved in a regular yoga class. Long-time practitioners and beginners alike will get a great work-out.

The Ashtang (8 part) Mantra  uplifts those who chant it.

Dovercourt House is located at 805 Dovercourt Rd. between Ossington and Dufferin in downtown Toronto. (1 block North of Bloor).

TTC: From Ossington Subway Station, take the Delaware exit (from the underground level), then walk 1 block North to Northumberland St., 1 block West to Dovercourt Rd. Turn North and the building is adjacent the Salvation Army Parking Lot (East side of Dovercourt).
